U Threads Return/Exchange Policy & Process

U Threads takes great care to provide all information available about clothing and accessory items. Please ask as many questions as you need before purchasing.

U Threads  does not process exchanges for another size or style. U Threads is a small online boutique with limited inventory. We seek partners who offer standard sizing and for those items where sizing or a fit is not standard, we provide sizing recommendations on our product pages for you to consider.  Restrooms and/or changing rooms are available at many of our Pop-Up Shop Events so you are encouraged to try on clothing. 

U Threads does  not offer refunds.  No exceptions. Each item is inspected for quality before shipping. Should a product make its way to you and there is a fundamental quality defect or shipping damage, please notify us via our Facebook Messenger Page (https://www.facebook.com/UThreadsClothing) or Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/UThreadsClothing) within 7 days. In your message, include a photo of the damage and reference your name, order number and product name. Notifications of quality defects or shipping damage after 7 days will be rejected. For approved quality-related returns, Store Credit will be issued and may be used to purchase the same item (if it is available) or a completely different item. Store Credit will be issued within 5 business days of receipt and never expires.

For some approved quality-related returns, U Threads may require that the item be returned to us and we will notify you within 5 days of receipt of your email if this is necessary. If this is necessary, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label via email which you will use to return the item. Quality-related returns must be received in original, unused condition. Please include with your return shipment a copy of the order confirmation emailed to you. Returns received without supporting documentation may delay your store credit. 

If your quality-related return is rejected due to condition (shows evidence of wear, stains, smells, etc.) you will be responsible for reshipping fees if you want the item back. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will donate your item to a women’s clothing charity.

Quality-related returns must be post-marked within 7 (seven) days of the date you receive your shipment. No exceptions. Any returns postmarked after 7 days of the date of receipt will be rejected and you will be required to pay a reshipping fee should you wish to receive your merchandise back.
